BR[AI]YT firmly believes that equity, diversity and inclusion is an essential part of company — Contributing to a workforce that reflects the diverse, global community in which we live and work. 

 

Our team members our most valuable asset. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, inventiveness, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities and talent that our employees invest in their work represents a significant part of not only our culture, but our reputation and company’s achievement as well.

We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, colour, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status,, and other characteristics that make each and every employees unique.

BR[AI]YT’s diversity initiatives are applicable, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring an inclusive working environment free of discrimination at all stages of the employment life cycle

  • Reviewing measurable objectives and actively monitoring progress on an annual basis

  • Continually review for bias within policies and practices across the organization

 

All employees of BR[AI]YT have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events. 

Furthermore we at BR[AI]YT believe that it’s our diversity in all facets of our employees lives, including age, experiences, that affords us a divers understanding of what the ethical questions around AI. The ever-growing body of research and discourse around responsible AI is full of terms and concepts that might not be familiar to everyone —But with a diverse team where everyone’s voice is heard is crucial to building ethical AI.
